For coffee lovers, here is a simple recipe, perfect for the summer. The iced coffee cream is a real treat and a great alternative to ice coffee or shakerato.

Prep Time: 2 hours

Yield: 6 Persons

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 dl. milk
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 50 gr. cream
  • 10 gr. instant coffee
  • 50 gr. ice
  • 50 gr. iced espresso coffee
Instructions:
Prepare the espresso coffee and freeze it down in appropriates containers.<br /> Mash 50 gr. ice cubes and 50 g. iced espresso.<br /> With a mixer, blend sugar, ice, milk, cream and instant coffee.<br /> Pour into cups and freeze.<br /> Take out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving.
