Avocado and cheese mousse
If you want to stay away from the stove, the avocado mousse is the recipe for you. A great idea for a summer appetizer or brunch that does not require even a minute of cooking.

Prep Time: 60 minutes

Yield: 4 Persons

Ingredients:
  • 2 large and ripe avocado
  • 1 pinch chilli pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 or 2 drops of Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 stalk celery, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 / 2 red bell pepper into strips for garnish
  • salt
Instructions:
Remove the avocado pulp with a spoon and place in a food processor. Use a knife to remove the kernel.<br /> Add the chilli, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and, if you like it, the Tabasco sauce.<br /> Whip everything and season with pepper.<br /> Put the cheese in a bowl and add paprika, celery, and pepper.<br /> Put, separately, the avocado mousse and the cheese in a sac a poche. If you don' t have a sac a poche, use a freezing bag with a cut corner.<br /> Pour half of the avocado mixture into 4 small glasses or cups. Add a layer of cheese mixture, dividing it into equal parts in the glasses, complete with the remaining avocado.<br /> If you want, you can flatten the layers using a spoon.<br /> Cover the glasses and keep in refrigerator for two or three hours.<br /> Garnish with strips of red pepper, a cherry tomato, or some celery before serving.
